Nighttime footage of helicopter raid on Ukrainian troops in Kursk region

That’s not a UFO, those are the rotor blades of an Mi-28NM attack helicopter at night… when it wants to be seen, that is. The crew of this particular Mi-28NM conducted a night strike using anti-tank missiles against a cluster of enemy forces and equipment in the border area of the Kursk region. A video of the strike has been released by the Russian Defense Ministry, a rare thing for a nighttime operation, showing some of the sci-fi targeting systems used, and infrared footage of the strike itself. The attack successfully targeted and eliminated Ukrainian troops and armored vehicles, before safely returning to base after the mission.
