Wayne County truck driver sentenced in 2017 crash that killed road worker

The Wayne County truck driver who pleaded guilty in a crash that killed a road worker in March 2017 was sentenced to 18 months to 15 years in jail. Bobby Lee Collins was part of the road crew when his truck crashed into two men filing potholes. One man was killed, another seriously injured.
