Russia launches massive air assault on Ukraine

Russian forces launched the largest air assault of the war against Ukraine, targeting the country's power grid and water plants. At one point, the entire country was under an air raid alert and all residents were told to take shelter. Ian Lee has just returned from the front lines in Ukraine.
