I opine that from ancient times man looked at the heavens above. Mankind learned to revere the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars. Is it written in the stars❓ Have you heard of Astro-Theology❓ There was sunlight, moonlight, and starlight, and then came the discovery of fire. According to the Bible, the first blacksmith was Tubal-Cain. His siblings are responsible for music, art, makeup, and Jewelry. They are descendants of Cain (of the Cain and Abel story).
Cain's line knew many things, you might say they were info-tech-savvy. I suspect Cain's bloodline survived the flood - perhaps a spouse of one of Noah's sons.
