Two individuals involved in the circumstances surrounding Matthew Perry’s tragic death were previously linked to another fatal overdose in the Los Angeles area nearly three years prior, as revealed by family members of the deceased in an investigation by The Hollywood Reporter.

Erik Fleming, a former film director and television producer with a varied background, was recently described by the Department of Justice as a “street dealer” for his involvement in distributing ketamine to Perry’s live-in personal assistant just days before the actor's passing in October 2023.

Brooke Mueller, known for her tumultuous marriage to former addict Charlie Sheen and her own battles with sobriety, reportedly cooperated with investigators due to her connections with the suspects. Mueller has a long-standing friendship with Fleming and had spent time in rehab with Jasveen Sangha, infamously dubbed the “Ketamine Queen,” from whom Fleming allegedly obtained the ketamine vials.
