Fox Squirrel Nymph - bead head variation

Hook: nymph of desired size
Head: gold bead
(weight body - it’s a nymph)
Thread: orange or black
Tail: fox squirrel back hair
Rib: gold oval tinsel or gold wire
Body: dubbed fox squirrel belly hair mixed with sparkle dubbing
Thorax: dubbed fox squirrel back hair (guard hairs act as legs)

Head cement recipe:
Goop
Xylene (epoxy thinnner)

Instructions:
Fill a quart jar half full with Xylene
Squeeze a tube of Goop into the Xylene
Shake until the Goop is dissolved; add Xylene to desired consistency

Apply with a pin or needle dipped in the liquid
