2023 Valpolicella Villa Cavarena Wine Tasting

The last vacation wine tasting brings in yet another guest that no, I did not feel like editing out because when do I ever edit anything? For a 2023 wine, there were a lot more secondary characteristics than I anticipated; if someone from Fumane, Italy would be able to comment as to the wines in that area as far as if they're all earthy, tannin, not a lot of fruit characteristics that would be great! Not sure if it's a one off wine or that's the standard in that particular region of Italy. Surprisingly not overwhelming with tannin on the palette; it was quite balanced and smooth. Went very well with the braciole (involtini to some crazy people out there!)! Make sure to leave a like and follow the channel if you enjoyed!
