While pricing a new NAS & Plex server Dylan watched a Hardware Haven video where he built a “Gaming” style server. Dylan was inspired and took things a little to far aesthetically, and since its the hip new thing to do, we added self hosted AI with Ollama. All on Windows server 2022.
