Since I got the very exact CALAZO Tyvek maps in 1:25k (Liesjarvi) of the area around the Hämeen Ilvesreitti, Häme Lynx Trail starting from Loppi in the east going west it allowed me to discover the woods easily, finding water sources and shelter options along the path which is very well maintained and obviously resiliently brought in to a very good shape, which made it very easy not to get lost.
This trail is well worth a try.
So yep this is just the start of a longer slow moving sort of bushcraft hike, actually put together the requirements for classic hiking and bushcraft skills... nevertheless the distances for resupply on food is quite scared and stretched out far apart which makes it a bit tricky to stay on this path for a extended peridot of time. Most finish and local people only going on to this hiking path may for two or three days at a time doing short stretches of it or a weekend only with a car parked up in walking distances, but for a long-term hiker it could be a challenge to cope.
Anyway most of the shelters are BBQ areas like the 1st I came across called "Huhtala" which are not meant for overnight stay in generally unless you got a tent or hammock setup next to it and are very popular specially during the two-month holiday season.
