Ukrainian UAV hits residential building in Saratov, Russia

Ukrainian drone has hit a 38-story apartment block in Saratov, a city of 950,000 people in Russia, local governor has reported. Four people were injured, including a woman who remains in critical condition, according to the regional health department.
