today is a delicious recipe banana collagen protein ice cream cubes

or use whichever protein powder you have

ingredients are a tub of greek yogurt ---1 scoop banana protein --- 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener -- 1 tsp vanilla extract --
handful of berries i got blackberries from my garden i froze a while back -- cold water to mix

step 1: Place whichever berries into the blender with the monk fruit sweetener powder, add two tablespoons cold water,
& blend. just a quick blend to mush it up

step 2: add the yogurt, protein powder & vanilla, blend again to make it creamy consistency then freeze for about 2 hrs

very simple yet quite delicious

dinner dessert
