This week I ended up dropping down two and a half kilos So I lost quite a lot of weight and I wasn't even trying to Yeah and then like it says my training day calories are close to about this rough estimate because I can't remember off the exact top of my head It's about 3300 And I'm still losing weight with that And then my low day- sorry not my low day my flexible dieting day the 2 of them I'm usually at about three thousand or just a little bit above I prefer them a little bit lower because the nutrients aren't as dense if you get what I mean So I'll have to adjust them I'll mess with them and we'll see what happens
