and then you know the 2 hours of weight training anywhere between you know 4 to five six hundred calories burning that session that to our session depending on the intensity of course and uh yeah just starting to feel it now as you get leaner and leaner the inevitable comes and kicks in the ass i guess and you start to feel it more and more the energy levels yeah is that troubling you at the moment Energy Nah I'm fine man I don't know I've been through it all before You know it's just like getting back on the horse man I don't know I don't know I've just been through it I know what it feels like and I know what to expect You know it's the mindset really Awesome Yeah so my loss this week I had a big jump Like I said my calories are sort of similar I did change a few things with the nutrition So I adjusted to either the clean food- I don't know what everyone's seen in the past I eat the really clean food Every training day I eat that clean food I have about 5 clean meals and one protein But then on the rest days I've been doing flexible dieting So I'll just stick to my calories try to keep my protein sort of higher So I get a little bit of things I've been craving but still curating more of a deficit instead of eating them clean food over the 7 days Because of that I just dropped my weight down a lot quicker than I wanted to So I might have to pump an extra meal or something there
