Unlocking Strength: Effective Techniques for Progressive Overload

so I haven't really focused on strength and moving a lot more weight because I'm in more progressive overload phase So I don't really care about real slow and the different techniques that I usually use if I was cutting back I use like 3 or 4 or 5 different techniques to help me keep my size or do different like supersets drop sets giant sets you know slow negatives You know there's like a methodology thing I use to it Just because I've done it for a period of time it feels good too You know that's key As you're saying you're starting to feel like drained and that you keep moving the heavy weight and keep pushing the heavy weight You could feel the same and get nearly the same amount of muscle stimulus from doing like you know the higher reps the slower negatives eccentrics or whatever But you know but yeah everything's been pretty cool other than that I just got to wait and see And so how was your weight loss this week then if we're rigging the thing We'll get into it we'll see how everyone's weight loss has been going how did your uh what did you shave off for this week for weight loss
