But see what happens is as we get older and as we think we start with the same nervous system and as time progress and as you get stronger you need more and more time to recover So it depends on you know how much load and how much you're lifting to because your body if it doesn't recover you're not going to heal You know what I mean So someone can some people can get away with healing more for moving more weight like similar styles but they're both different styles But sorry to ran off on the wave on that I was just explaining sort of the difference between both styles seeing though I said last: So yeah no but Everything's been moving smooth weight's gone up a little bit I've sort of plateaued a bit
