one day rest 3 days on but it's 8 day split So it works over the whole 8 days So each muscle group gets trained once during that time due to recovery and the amount of volume and the amount of weight that's moved It's a different thing because when I was younger I got away with training a lot more volume Like I would train similar to the type of training that you would do but I would do 6 muscle groups in 3 days one day rest 6 muscle groups in 3 days and do the same type of thing but then my volume was less on each of the muscle groups
