Full Body Workout Routine - High Intensity Training
In this session, I push focused on both cardio and strength:
1. AirBike - 3 rounds of 30-second intervals for 3 minutes each.
2. Plyo Box Jumps - 3 explosive rounds.
3. Shadow Boxing - 3 rounds of 3 minutes each.
4. Jump Rope - 3 rounds for 3 minutes each.
Strength Training:
• Heavy Bag Work - 25 minutes of intense combinations.
• Leg Extensions
• Reverse Dumbbell Lunges - 3 sets of 10 reps each leg.
Not shown in the video:
• Leg Press - 3 sets.
• 1 Mile Run to finish strong
