Easy Paleo Recipe: Warm Prawn Spinach Salad | MeMoreTV

Another easy Paleo meal idea for lunch or dinner! It's quick, healthy and a crowd pleaser. I make this every single week and it takes hardly any time at all. Let me know if you give this a go!

For This Recipe You will need:

1 packet of baby spinach (washed)
2 punnets of tomatoes
1 whole garlic (minced)
450g prawns (3 small packets)
2 red peppers (capsicum)
1 red onion
1 white onion
1 thumb of ginger (minced)
A few generous splashes of coconut aminos from Coconut Secret
