A mother in Stoughton, Massachusetts, faces challenges as her children lose bus service due to a shortage.

Ashley Francois, who relies on bus transportation due to medical issues, now has to find alternative ways to get her kids to school.

“… I can’t work, I can’t drive. So that means my income is an extremely budgeted income, and it’s four of us. So am I supposed to pay between four to six Ubers a day for the entirety of the school year to get my children to school?”

The situation is exacerbated by the growing illegals population in Massachusetts, which is receiving prioritized resources, including transportation.

Despite receiving additional funding, the school district has been unable to provide bus services for all students, leaving families like Ashley’s in difficult situations.
