DIY Canvas Plash-Palatka Poncho-Tarp, 2nd-part DIY-Toggles making woodwork and Dyneema splicing

Now this is the 2nd part of my DIY Plash-Palatka Bushcraft project in which I show you how to make the needed wooden toggles that should go with it, before starting to cut and stitch the tarp itself.
Gonna show how to waterproof the wooden toggles with Greenland wax and how to attach this to some Dyneema cordage too.
