Carne Asada with Cilantro Lime Sauce has tender skirt steak that’s been marinated with bold flavors and the cilantro lime sauce is creamy & zesty and you’re going to want it put it on everything!!!

Carne Asada

Ingredients
2 lbs skirt steak or flap meat
1/3 cup orange juice (1 large orange)
3-4 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (1 lemon or 2 limes)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
Place skirt steak into a bowl. In another small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour marinade over steak and mix well to combine. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Heat outdoor grill to high heat and cook about 5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.

Creamy cilantro sauce

Ingredients
1 cup cilantro (1 bunch)
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lime juice (1 lime)
2/3 cup mayo

Directions
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and a blend until smooth.
