NATO's Stoltenberg: Ukraine Has Right to Strike Russian Targets, Escalating Tensions Further

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg escalates Russia-NATO tensions even further by advocating attacks against military targets inside Russian territory using weapons provided to Ukraine by NATO allies.

"According to international law, Ukraine, [has] the right to self-defence... and the right of self-defence includes also the right to strike legitimate military targets on the territory of the aggressor, Russia."

"The only way to hit military targets... which are conducting attacks against Ukraine is to hit military targets on Russian territory."
