A very honest video from me, recorded on a bad day. How can we manage those days?

I went out to the nearest park, because nature can help to get to a better mood.
Apart from that I was grounding which is about being barefoot on grass, sand, water, anything that's part of nature. The surface of the Earth is full of negative ions which we can absorb through our skin and recharge ourselves.

Apart from these I share 4+1 tips with you that usually helps me when I'm in a bad mood.
The "+1" is probably the best tip 😉
