Happy days for some, but not for you,
and at taxpayer expense.
I had a conversation with a guy within the last few weeks, who was selling his house in a neighborhood of 750k-1000k+ plus homes. He told me that many of his neighbors had already sold their homes, and he pointed to a few on his block. I had talked with others before this, who claimed that these very large houses were costing too much to manage, and I assumed that was the case with this guy. He assured me, that wasn’t his reason. I was puzzled as to how these people found buyers in this high interest market, and he told me that large corporations had bought all the house he pointed to.
