Elon Musk says oil and gas industry shouldn't be vilified

"I think we want to just move over, if 50 to 100 years from now we're mostly sustainable, I think that'll probably be ok. It's not like the house is on fire immediately, on balance it's probably better to move there faster than slower but without vilifying oil and gas industry and without causing hardship in the short term. I think this can be done, people can still have a steak and they can still drive gasoline cars, I don't think we should vilify people for it...
