How to spring clean your life to thrive

Let's create a to do list for all the areas in your life to thrive.
This includes your physical environment, emotions as well as spiritual and mental cleansing.

I created 5 categories, these are:

- Your physical environment
- Your body
- Unfinished tasks and errands
- Your relationships - family, friends and love
- Your bucket list

You can't fully live in the present and enjoy it if your focus is constantly in the past around those unfinished tasks that you procrastinate for a while. It's energetically impossible!

So I really encourage you to create your own list and complete it all even if you can just do one small step at a time.
Do that one step every day until you complete the entire list.

You will see that you will be able to bring back your focus to the present, you will have much clearer thoughts, understanding and new ideas as well and you're gonna feel much better in general, I can guarantee 😉

Also give a chance to your friends and loved ones to create their own "spring clean" list and share this video with them 🙏
