The Crow is one of the last movies that needed a "reimagining" but Hollywood can't leave well-enough alone. Gone is the deliciously, over the top goth aesthetic, replaced by some kind of post-modern grunge zoomer soundcloud rapper vibe that no one enjoys. But does it at least do enough things right and carve out a unique feel all its own? Absolutely NOT. Many believe that the original Crow should stand alone as Brandon Lee's legacy and if this version of The Crow is anything to go by, then I agree with them.
