Now, about this pickleball noise dilemma. We're standing right behind the houses that are affected, and honestly, it's pretty noticeable. These courts are buzzing with activity, nestled right here in this gorgeous area with mountain views—truly a sight! But with the beauty comes the noise, echoing around us for 13 hours a day. Just take a listen...

Living in Denver, I've noticed sound carries strangely here—kind of like how voices bounce over water when we lived by the Banana River in Cocoa Beach, Florida. There, you could hear boaters' conversations as if you were on the boat with them! It seems the mountains here might amplify sounds similarly.

Today, the courts are packed, and while the noise isn't constant, when it spikes, it's definitely there. I know some of you were curious after my last video about what all the fuss was about. Well, here it is. The residents up on that hill have filed a lawsuit against the city and the Lone Tree Recreation Center over this.
