In this video, Dr. Caxton explains the four sources of confidence people that drive policy-making-decisions in healthcare and why only practicing experts should be making these decisions. He attributes the unnecessary deaths from the C-19 pandemic to poor reasoning capacity of decision makers who were placed in decisions-making positions without having the education, expertise, experience or exposure. Some decision makers were worse, enemies of what was best for patients and the general population.
