The Ban Is NOT An Infringement on Free Speech

Since the inception of The Tiktok Ban, there have been discussions in protests about the band itself being an infringement of the first amendment. In this video I'm going to explain why that may not be the case. Yes, even though it is the government that is doing it, it may still not be the case.

the short and simple explanation of it is it's a bit complicated and more nuanced than that's when it comes to private entities. And the specific circumstances of this man may be the very reason why this band is not an infringement of the first amendment, & allowed to pass to begin with.

Note: I apologize for just saying suppression of free speech instead of infringement, even though that would have technically be dramatically correct, because the word infringement kept slipping my mind. I also made the same mistake in the previous video where I said impeachment of free speech instead of infringement.

(Note: there's much more sources to my research on this topic, but not all of it is LinkedIn most of it does not have a specific page because some of this research was gained using copilot ai. digital results not being the best, I decided to use copilot AI to help me get somebody's search results, and it provides its sources as well. I understand some people find research with AI questionable, especially if it was Google's Gemini ai, but depending on the category topic, using copilot isn't too bad. I just don't recommend it for product research.)
