The Absurdity of Khelif's Lawsuit Against JK Rowling

After the Olympic 2024 controversy sparked by the boxing match between Imane Khelif and Angela Carini, JK Rowling, Elon Musk and Donald Trump were just a few to call out the injustice of allowing yet another biological male compete in women's sports - and in this case, a combat sport. While this is not a typical transgender identity issue, as it seems that Khelif does have a medical condition that may have put their true biological makeup in question for a long period of time - tests have shown that they do have XY chromosomes, the testosterone levels and the physiological advantages of a male, making the outcry as justified as if it were a matter of this individual claiming to be trans. As a result, Paris attorney Nabil Boudi has launched a "cyber-harrassment" lawsuit against Rowling, Musk, and Trump (to name a few), which does cite jail time as a potential consequence if any of them are found guilty. The question is, is this really a matter of protecting against bullying - or just another way for radical Leftist's to justify cracking down on speech?
