Hey, Y'all! I LOVE CHEESE DIP. But when I look at the ingredients list it gives me hives...okay, not really but almost. I do not like feeding my family things that are labeled "artificial" and the back of that cheese dip container says that word a LOT.......not to mention "processed cheese". EWWWWW.
So, I have gone into the kitchen to create the PERFECT homemade swap for the highly processed cheese queso dip. This recipe is a NO FAIL recipe that anyone can make in less than 10 minutes.
You'll not want to miss this one!

NO FAIL QUESO DIP
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 C milk (full fat)
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz can green chilies
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt (although I said 1 in the video, I think it needs a bit more)

ON LOW HEAT, melt cream cheese and milk in small pot until creamy and smooth. Add shredded cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Add green chilis (do not drain). Turn off heat. Add spices. Stir until all is well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips or tacos.
