Good morning, everyone! Welcome to “Stretch to Success,” your 5-minute daily routine to start the day feeling energized, flexible, and ready to conquer anything! Let’s jump right in First up, we have the classic side stretch. Reach up with your right arm, bend to the left, and feel that glorious stretch along your side. Hold for five deep breaths.Now, let’s open up those hamstrings. Step forward with your right foot, hinge at the hips, and reach for your toes. Don’t worry if you can’t touch them—just go as far as you can. Hold for five breaths.
Now for one of my favorites—the cat-cow stretch. Get on all fours, arch your back like a cat, then drop your belly and lift your head like a cow. Move slowly and feel the stretch through your spine.The host moves fluidly through the positions, showing the gentle motion.
Finally, let’s finish with a standing quad stretch. Stand tall, grab your right ankle, and pull it gently toward your glutes. Keep your knees close together. Feel that stretch in your quad? Good! And that’s it! Just five minutes of stretching, and you’re ready to take on the day. Remember, flexibility is key to staying strong and injury
