A majority of the F8X M3 and M4 examples found in America sport BMW's adaptive suspension. It's plenty sporty but a compromise for the street, so replacing the factory M4 or M3 suspension with aftermarket coilovers is a standard upgrade. However, most aftermarket options don't cover the chassis' adaptive damper control.

KW offers one of the best systems for M3s and M4s with M Adaptive suspension. Install the coilovers as usual and then connect their wiring to the factory suspension connectors for seamless integration. At the push of a button, the driver can choose between the Comfort, Normal, and Sport setup optimized by KW. In addition, the KW DDC suspension allows individual ride height adjustability within the tested adjustment range.
