BIS – Bank of International Settlements – “Most Important Bank in the World” – The Top Central Bank

The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) predates the World Bank and the IMF – it is the “Central Bank” of all central banks.

It is located in Basel, Switzerland.

The BIS was Hitler’s bank.

It is a FOREIGN PRIVATE BANK – not in control by the Congress, it is a Rothschild Banking Cartel – it is as simple as that.

It is what has a Stranglehold on all Americans and is devouring the middle class of America with the usury.

Congress needs to get together and say f*ck you to the Central Bankers and the USA needs their very own financial system

It there was to be such a plan it would have to be done in complete secrecy as anyone with that initiative would most definitely be terminated.

That would be very difficult as most of our Congress has been infiltrated as well as our top military and Pentagon leaders.
