"The EU developed a vaccine passport during Covid. It didn't really get picked up very much. They transferred it to the WHO last year. The WHO has been pushing that out in the third world and now small organisation has been hired to sort of roll out, of course it has a new name the vaccine card, in 5 nations as a pilot program to try to make people think this is something good for them instead of imposing it suggesting it as they travel from country to country this one card, this one electronic vaccine passport will help them get across borders in the event of any infectious disease...It looks like it's a bunch of young kids, they've gotten about $13 million, it's not really enough to roll out a big program...some people will go along with it, it's a test."
