Ullman "Swinger" Hook Review & Modification #tools

The Ullman SW-10 is a double-ended hook that swings from the handle.
I've had this in my hook & pick drawer for 20 years, but hardly ever use it.
Maybe I can modify it in a way that will make me more likely to use it in the future...
