Nothing unusual, just brutalized Russian savage soldiers chop off the hand of their dead comrade and rush with the loot to their lair. Quite possibly to unlock his phone and try to withdraw some remaining money from the card. But then why the whole hand, and not a finger? And it is not so troublesome to bring the phone to the hand.
