Open Records are Open to the Public

Why is he deleting all his harrassment of people. He has been harrassing, cyberstalking, dragging, gossiping, doxxing, bothering and menacing all these people online. Now that I am looking into his behavior and documenting what he has been doing...he is trying to delete and erase the facts of what he has been boldly doing . Now he wants to try to cover it up. Why? All the threats online and all the fire arm brandishing! Why is he deleting the facts and documentation streams of what he has done. He knows he is looking like a predator. I am going to continue to document and uncover this online predator.
