Third Angel's Message: The Secret Rapture

Much of Christendom believes in the secret rapture. The belief that living Christians will be taken directly to heaven before the great tribulation comes out of futurism, a doctrine created by the Jesuits during the counterreformation in order to take focus off the papacy as the antichrist power. Taking the final week of the seventy week prophecy in Daniel Chapter 9, and placing it into the end of time is unscriptural. The final week of the seventy week prophecy actually refers to Christ's earthly ministry, the end of sacrifice and offerings pointing to Him as the Messiah, and the giving of the gospel message to the gentiles after the stoning of Stephen in 34 A.D. It will also be proven that both the righteous living and the unrighteous living will be alive on earth when Christ returns the second time...not a secret event.
