Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose... and slowly exhale through your mouth. Focus on the sensation of your breath, the rise and fall of your chest. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath. One more deep breath in... and out.

Open your eyes. Feel the calm within you. Remember, a few mindful breaths can make a big difference. Stay present.
