"Fourth is the Overbooker. Always super busy, too busy to work on the main task. But really, it's just an excuse to avoid doing it."
"And finally, we have the Self-Doubter. They procrastinate because they doubt their own abilities. They’re stuck in overthinking, unsure where to start, and end up not starting at all."
**[Tips to Beat Procrastination]**
"So, how do we beat procrastination? Here are a few tips. First, make a realistic to-do list. Don’t overwhelm yourself with too much. Second, try the Pomodoro Technique—work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. It keeps you focused and gives you time to recharge."
"Third, prioritize your tasks and start with the most important ones. That way, even if you run out of time, you’ve done what matters most. Fourth, avoid distractions. Use Focus Mode on your phone or just put it on silent."
"And finally, reward yourself after completing a task. It doesn’t have to be anything big—a small treat can go a long way in keeping you motivated."
