When Ukraine invaded the Kursk region of Russia with the help of NATO, they essentially sealed their fate. Ukraine effectively torpedoed negotiations, which essentially means that this conflict will likely be settled by total defeat where Russia will dictate the terms of surrender, similar to what happened to Japan at the end of WW2. Unfortunately, NATO & the West really don't understand what is happening & don't want to admit defeat.
