Why Hasn't Evil Taken Over Yet

If we truly live in a world that is full of hate and evil, and everyone thinks the new world order will rule, then why haven't they yet? Forces of light act on us all the time, but not in ways you think they do. We have been placed on this Earth to learn how to fend for ourselves, and were close to breaking the matrix together.
