Modern With Site Constraints

This design was contracted by a builder who had an increasing rear slope with a culvert running diagnolly across the property. The design incoporated al of the clients needs in a budget it was looking for. A large sundeck with (4) loungers and a spa close to the main house and entertainment area. The pool beam extends around the side and back of the pool to handle the increase slope will giving the client (3) water sheers on the back wall. A casita will later be built on the back side of the pool with an increased pool depth of 7' for jumping.
