Cop harasses homeless woman. Threatens to arrest for yelling when she isn't even yelling.

Cops have no heart, just out here trying to make things even worse for people that live on the street. The cop threatened to arrest her about at least 8 times, that would serve no good purpose for the community. Disorderly conduct is always a BS charge. They use that when they can't find anything else to charge you with.

Key West police I think. Bad arrest. ACAB
