Calisthenics Hybrid Workout Programming
This is the first video in my calisthenics Hybrid workout training Program. I wanted to start a new style of training and bring you along for the ride. Take you through the process of exercise selection, reps and sets, rest times, programming, strength training, power training, volume training and cardio. You will get to see the raw version of training, the ups and downs and how to actually make progress to navigating plateaus. How to use both calisthenics and weight training in the form of sandbag training to kettlebells and even resistance bands. I will be starting a whole new playlist for this for you to follow.
