Thanks for helping Ruthie! OK TJ critique me, what do I need to do next time? I tried to gently lift it up without getting bit, but I had seen the bird on the walk earlier, and wasn’t sure if it needed help. As I was approaching, the tide was coming in and saw it was stuck in the water. We contacted FWC, who told us to contact Crow, who then told us to contact Von Arx in Naples. Team ocean was out there from Rookery Bay so they were going to take it back.
