the entire class is Intermediate to Advanced. Beginners can do the first 40 minutes and finish with the final stretching at the end.
Rest as much as needed
you may need a strap or a towel for the shoulder opening poses.
Slow breath-movement, Expect a lot of lotus ,half lotus variations in the second part of the class. Expect a very long floor sequence. Arm Balances, less traditional vinyasa standing sequence. Shoulder openers,hip openers, quad stretches,hamstring stretches.
