Is the Revision technique unbiblical? Is it true that "the past can't be changed"?

You sort of know you're delusional whenever you deny reality. And somehow by extension, we think anyone who denies reality is delusional, and so when it's the conscious manifestor's turn to do it, it's a limiting belief to overcome.

This is about the revision technique associated with Neville Goddard.
When your memory of Event X is that it happened, you're under the impression that the past can't be changed, you see physical evidence that X happened, then it’s no surprise that trying to deny it only backfires and you spiral.
What we believe, we are. If we successfully persuade ourselves that we have sown a different past, the revised one where Event X never happened, we reap a different future.
How successfully we revise depends on our concept of time:
If we say the past can't be changed, well guess what, no wonder the past remains the same wherever we look. I’m not too convinced with the common Mandela effect argument, so I’ll give you my two cents on why our supposed past is malleable and more fluid than we think:

Explain to someone how a historical bad guy is actually a good guy.

Revision is exactly why so many people are indignant when there are "revisionist" or alternative histories being propagated, even with people who think the past cannot change! Because if even one person thinks the past is different, everyone's lives change. I mean, seriously, if the past really can't be changed, then nobody should get mad at people making up history without solid evidence, but scholars argue and write papers on what the correct history is. So many schools of thought.
To gain relief from awareness of your “objective reality” past, you’ve got to live in the moment, even when dealing with your visible past and planning for the future, and not assume the past or future has so much power over us we sabotage ourselves.
The Bible contains radical reality shifts such as the prophet Elijah caught up in a fiery chariot — does that happen today? Philip being transported to Azotus in the Book of Acts. When we manifest, pray for something, we are moving into the timeline where we get a yes and amen. The past and future timelines of your desire all exist and I’m convinced this is the so-called mystery Apostle Paul was referring to in his epistles.
For example, someone blocked me, but we reconciled and he followed me back on Instagram. According to the multiverse theory, what happened? I shifted into a timeline where he’s on good terms with me.
I’ve also heard of a Christian lady who revised away her daughter’s negative self-talk without knowledge of Neville Goddard. The Holy Spirit taught her, she said, to go back to when she was ill yet pregnant and invite Jesus Christ into the moment. Revised for 5 years, on and off, and the negativity was gone. But when I told her I was using the same technique, she wouldn’t pray for me, questioning me: ”By what power are you doing this?” I was thus shamed for learning manifestation. It hindered my manifestation abilities. I want nothing to do with her. Should I revise having met her?
